For orders placed online, we are happy to accept returns and provide a full refund at any time within the first 30 days. All we require is for you to contact us, then send your order back to us or drop it in store and we can take it from there. Please make sure to include a copy of your invoice inside the box.
For in-store purchases: we assume that you like what you see. For prescription glasses, we can refund a frame for $95 that is in as-new condition within 30 days, though lenses are product bespoke to you and we do not refund the cost of lenses for in store purchases. For non-prescription sunglasses or frames, we will happily exchange them for another pair within 30 days if they are in as new condition.
For sale items: Please note that sale and/or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or refund, and are considered final sale.

As soon as we receive your order back, we will send you a confirmation email. The money will be refunded to your credit or debit card as soon as possible, but always within 14 days.
For the online orders in Canada, we now offer free returns. In order to receive your prepaid shipping label, please email us at email@example.com.
For the international orders, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not cover any Customs or duties on International Shipping.

If possible we do recommend collecting your glasses in one of our boutiques to check and adjust your frame to ensure a perfect fit of your new OQ glasses!
